Looking to get the gst 7.7. is it something i should stay away from? any other rc truck that would be comparable? thanks

I only know one guy that has one and he spends more time waiting on parts then running it. Check out the HPI Savages. Probably a little more initial investment, but in this hobby, you get what you pay for. The 5.9 Savage is probably a little more. The 4.6 is priced real reasonable. Seen them at Amainhobbies.com for $380 yesterday. Toughest out of the box truck you can get.

re gst 7.7 trouble
i would not go with any other truck than losi xxl with the ds3s radio. if i was going get a another truck it would be lsi xxl. thats the toughest truck to come out of the any box.
