I was'nt sure where to post this, but here it is.. ...... I recently purchased a set of Storm Pro Shocks (rear). I added these to an order i had with Stormer. When I recieved the order, all was good with the exception of the shocks. The package was factory sealed and was missing the upper spring retainers, the pivot balls, and the springs were incorrert in size and defective ( the last coil was'nt completely coiled ). I did not want to go through Stormer for this. I knew they would want me to ship the item back for inspection. So, I gave a call over to GS Racing and spoke to Chris B. He was more than helpful and sent the parts out right away. I had them within 2 days. In Fact, he even called my house to let me know they were shipped.
Point of this thread is to give GS, props for great customer service..

Nice to hear.

Some companies would tell you to send the item back to where you bought it.

I went through that crap with Horizon once and swore I'de never do it again. The whole ordeal took almost a month. Now I will always go to the manufacturer first. So long as you have a receipt for the goods and a good explaination, there should be no prob.

Horizon sent me a newer updated gas tank just cause I told them I heard the had a better updated one. No reciept, no proof I even had a xxx-nt, and I had it in my m/b in 2 days.

cool part is, you know about the newer gas tank for the xxx-nt ;) we used to mod the old style tanks to be the same way as the new ones.

As for GS, yes, those guys are great over there. Only good experiences, even for just calling to ask questions.
