Going Lipo?

I'm wanting to switch my TT01 over to Lipo power. I need to know what all I need besides a batter and charger? Will I need a new esc, discharger. Right now I'm running a Novak XRS esc with a Yokomo DM1 15 turn motor. I would also like to know what the best options are. Thanks in advance!

Are you using you TT01 for drifting? If you are then there might be way to much power, and you'll end up spinning out a lot of the time.

How is the 15T motor? what sort of speed do you get out of it?

I run mine with a 19T motor, and it seems pretty fast. I need to change the gearing on it though because it can apperently go a lot faster, if i had better gearing.

Yeah, it's a drifter. The motor is awesome! Great torque throughout the throttle range to get the tires spinning. It's taking some getting used to. I started with the 540 that came with it and then upgraded to a speed gems then to the DM1. Each time I've changed the motor I have to relearn.

I'm wanting lipo mainly for runtime but a little more power wont kill me either. I may have to get softer tires.
