glow plugs for MTs

I need to order some glow plugs today for my trucks. I have a Savage X SS with the K4.6 and the 8.5 mm carb. I will be running Traxxas Top Fuel 20% in both vehicls unless someone sees a problem with this. My LHS carries Top Fuel. I also have a T-Maxx 2.5. I run 20% Top Fuel in it as well. I live in Louisiana so the weather here is HOT during the summer, which is when I will be using these plugs. Is there any other information that I need to give you to help with the decision? Any recomendations on where to buy good plugs at good prices will be appreciated as well. I'd like to buy some 5 packs if I can find them so I will have extras on hand.

MC-59. I run it in all my engines and have never had any problems. Though I think I should have switched to a hotter plug when I was running it in the 40 degree weather recently. My engine was giving me trouble

I can run the MC-59 in the big block and small block??

The guy at the LHS sold me an OS LC 3 Hot glow plug when I first got my truck. Is this a good plug for it or not?

Depends. Which engine was it going in? If it is the smallblock then yes.

I find glow plug selection to be hard to tell someone in a different climate which one is best for them....ask the fast guys running at your track or the techno R/C geeky guy at your LHS.....they are just as sensitive to climate differences as fuel is.....
