I've heard that 25c is the minimum for a flux. Is this true? Would 45c be ok? Or should I go higher still? I'm looking at Racer's edge 45c 3s 5000 mah for now. All advice is appreciated I'm new to electric.

45c would be good imo. And congrats on the new rig!

I've been told 6s will burn the diffs quick, not sure how true it is, but id def check and make sure they're shimmed properly. I run 4s its 2 2s packs (smc batteries 6000mah 28c) in series, and its ridiculous enough lol. 6s is what I'm shooting for next good luck and post some pics when you get it!

Diffs shmiffs :hehe: It's gotta have balls or I don't want it. I haven't gotten it yet, but the decision has been made. Need to figure out my battery situation in the meantime.

Id personally go atleast 4s but most likely 6s.

I may be going 4s til spring, my wife's gonna kill me when she sees the flux.:whhooo:

Lol the trucks definitly got balls, don't get me wrong on that. I think parts on my smaxx break when it dreams of runnin with my savage lol. I want 6s bad, just savin up for it first but trust me, 4s is still absurd amounts of power to get ya by.
