I had a few wheels and I was going to reuse them but I had a bunch of CA and bits of rubber that I could not pull off. So i use a dremel with a wire brush bit.And damn it worked great it was a lot quicker then putting them in acetone.all i did was run the wire brush at a low speed and it took off the rubber and CA and did not hurt the wheel but if u run the brush on the chrome side it will take off the chrome. just thought I say this in case someone is having that problem I dont know if some one has already said this but if not here it is.

good tip tarant also there is another tip which i havent tried out yet you soak your rims in boiling water and it removes or softens the ca

Yeah, i use the boiling water thing, but if you are going to reuse the tires, it softens the rubber so it wears faster.
