lately I've been havin trouble with my xxx-nt (the basher) it seems as though when i put fuel in the tank the fuel gets sucked into the pressure line rather than the fuel line when i try to start it up... i am also getting bubbles in the fuel line when i can seem to prime it and get it running, and after a quick rpm drop the engine tends to stall out, the fuel prob in the pressure line is so bad that at times it will drain into the pipe and when i tilt the car sideways it drops out a decent amount of fuel... does any one know what is happining??? what can i do to fix this?

NL check your air filter if it is soaked with fuel. Honestly from what you have described it sounds as if your engine is running backwards?? Have you had the backplate off of the motor recently at all?? If so it is possible the one way bearing got turned around wrong.

na i dont think it is that because sometimes i can get it started and it will run and the truck drives forward.... the air filter doesn't get soaked... I've already thought about that cause i recently fixed the pull start.. but it still ran aft that... i am guessing and hoping that it is just the fuel hoses but if that is the case, it still doesn't give a solid explination on why the pressure line fills up... as you said it would seem as though there is vacuum pressure from the exhaust... or excessive back pressure from the intake

Do you have the old or the new tank. I believe the new tank has the pressure line feeding directly into the tank lid. This was done to remedy some of the problems your describing. I've ran both tanks and with a little finagling, i've gotten both to work. But i did notice, the tank with the pressure fitting in the tank part itself tends to be a lot more fickle. It fills the fuel pressure line and exhaust like you described.

My XXX-NT does that too, the line going from the exhaust pipe to the fuel tank fills up with flued, I never have it mess up the engine or have it so that it doesn't run properly but it does fill up with flued too. Wierd.
