Build Showcase Frolickin' Frog

I wanted something stable to use for Crappie fishing and this is going to do it. I hope you all enjoy the pics. It was a fun, crazy, frustrating, and exciting all in one build.

So cool, can't wait until it gets it's little flippers wet! 😍 that's your next rig of the month right there. :thumbs-up:
Oh stay tuned my friend, my wheels are turning.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. @Doom! now has a pontoon on his team.

Way cool…need a trailer and a tow hitch on one of your rigs;)
The only thing close to this scale would be my Xmaxx but she don't like to slow down. ;)

That’s kickass brothaman!!! “19mph” 🤣 That seals the deal for me buddy-I wanna ride! 🍻
19mph is a guestimate only because the range available on the info spread sheet.
She won't go fast at all because I'll be towing Crappie jigs.

So are you just dragging the lure to a spot and releasing it? Or are you going to catch the fish with the boat and bring it in?

Probably both. The boat ramp at Crane Creek Reservoir is about a 1/2 mile away from the deep hole at the pump house.
It takes awhile to paddle to it with my kayak. There is a area that we can pull down next to the reservoir which is only about 50 to 75 yards from the pump house so I'll launch the pontoon there. If they are biting then I'll put my kayak in.
I hate launching my kayak and paddle all the way over and not get a single bite.
This is my redneck fish finder because I don't care much for the rolling the kayak fish finder. 😀
You can see here what I'm talking about. It shows the dam and pump house where the deep hole is
and at 1:11 the boat launch is dead center of the video.
Just to the left of the dam, you can see the little area you can pull down into but is still about
20 yards or so from the water. It's pretty steep there and I don't have the lungs to pack my kayak that far
so I launch at the boat launch.
Ugly area in the summer but beautiful in the Spring.
I've posted crawler pics from there also. Great area to crawl and the Coyote hunting is awesome also.

Can you pull the kayak with it? If not, maybe you make a few more and have a pack of boats to pull your kayak!

I had to do a double take. Seriously the coolest build of any genre ever!!! I love boats but that is a masterpiece of epic proportion! Subbed….
Thanks man, that means a lot.
