FMS MAGNUM 1/18

Ok, it says 1/18 but I question that sometimes. Anyhow we all know it is underwhelming in the capability category but I had to get some just for the coolness factor of the unlicensed F1 body (probably why it was discontinued). Once it was in my hands and I found out the frame, rails where almost the identical width of the trx4m platform it was 'game on'! Basically stripped the truck down to the rails and did a complete makeover of electronics and mechanicals. It now has become a very semi-capable rig for trailing and light to moderate crawling. I got tired of hunting for an original F1 engine so I did a restomod and threw a Dodge Hemi under the hood! Blasphemy I know.. and OH SNAP another trailer! Went old school in the trailer bed and the trailer has its own independent lighting setup with a FMS lipo so I don't have to keep buying 9v batteries.

I've only been beating up on the 1/18 sub forum..lol I haven't even hit 1/10 yet! I couldn't fit all the trailers on the table

Haha..the other half of the truck that was used for the trailer you see here I turned into a custom fabricated aluminum 5th wheel hauler...grip tape for the win!

Nice to know I'm not the only one throwing handfulls of cash at Injora.

In their early years they had issues with quality control but in the last couple years they have stepped up their game..if you do have an issue the customer service is second-to-none if you contact them directly. They also take alot of customer input in the parts making/design production pieces.. My free sticker stack is about 2" tall
Diamond axles are awesome and I loves me some deep dish Moduwheels
