put some lock-tight on it other than that all that you can do is keep trying to tighten the hell out of it or get a new nut and see if that makes a diff
If it has loosen up a few times while running it enough that the flywheel has slipped you most likely need to replace the split bevel cone. Worse case even the flywheel may need replaced. I've seen them worn so bad that nothing you do could keep them tight.
The engine turning clounter clockwise helps to keep the nut from loosening I barely torque my flywheel nuts and use no locktite and never have an issue with the nut loosening with a good flywheel and cone.
