EZ start on 2.5r??

hey guys I'm looking into upgrading my nitro sport .15 to a 2.5r just wondering if i pull off the ez start will be usable on the 2.5r? not a fan of pull start

The EZ start as will work on any of the Traxxas engines. You will have to buy the 2.5 upgrade kit though for a slide carb and rear exhaust engine.

This is what you need to do the upgrade It is pretty simple to do really. Easy afternoon project. Just a question...are you using the EZ start version 1 or version 2?

not too sure if its version 1 or 2 but i got my nitro sport less than a year ago...? I'm guessing they are different in size and shape

Yes they are a lot different I have attached a couple pictures to show the difference

version 2 is the one i have but the first one looks so much easier to carry around!

Version 1 still requires the big battery ( not pictured), its just not housed neatly in 1 package.
I love version 2, even though the wands like to break.
