What's a good quality ez start battery? The LHS uses 3000mAh starter battery, and are currently out. My factory 1500mAh battery just isn't cutting it. I've been looking on the internet, and found some at Amain, and I have a question about them. First off its a 4500mAh starter battery. From reading some info on it, it appears to be the actual battery to use to run electric vehicles, however I'm thinking about using one in the ez start wand. Will it work? I'll post the link. Will 4500mAh be too much on the ez start motor?? What do yall suggest? Here's the link.

I would not hesitate to use it, as long as it is a six cell you will not exceet 7.2 volts. mAh is just a measurement of the discharge rate of the battery. 4500 is 3x the 1500 meaning it SHOULD last 3x as long...

Make sure its a NiMh battery not a NiCd, the nimh battery works MUCH better than the nicd batteries do, now keep in mind this is just my opinion but thats what works for me.

Edit: and also the NiMh batteries don't get a memory like the NiCd batteries do, so there fore it will last longer. so that should help you out too

Awesome! So as long as it's not more than 7.2 volts, then the mAh thing will not matter? So if they were to make a 10,000mAh battery and it was 7.2 volt, then I'd still be ok, right?
