3 weeks after I've bought my Kanai 2 and still in the break-in stage of the engine my front driveshaft broke right at the joint.
It looked very much like a material flaw and i've proceeded to send in the shaft to Hobby Services, which repairs or replaces broken parts.
1 week later after i've send in my front shaft i receive my new shaft in the mail.

But here is the gig, not only do i get one shaft, nope.... i get the full front CVD driveshaft set, which is normally 40$ to replace.

So now i even have a spare front CVD.

you're not the 1st person to have a good experiance with kyosho cs, some of my friends have also scored with them.

sounds a lot like the service i get from power racing for my swift. all I've ever had to do is talk to cameron on AIM then email him so he can track the issue. and he mails me out replacement parts, never even asks for the broken one or wants pics of it when i offer to take them. getting good customer service is a great feeling isnt it. knowing someone actually cares makes a difference.

You are lucky guys, in Spain the common answer is, I'm sorry sir but this is broken due a bad use. :eyepatch: :eyepatch: :eyepatch:

thats good to know it really helps in making a choice on a buggy customer service is important
