Excel help?

I hate excel sometimes - mainly when you hit some keys and screw up your settings within excel. I have been using the arrow keys to move from one cell to the next (left right up and down). For some reason excel now does not allow it and I can't find the setting to select navigation from tab to arrow keys - any help?

NM I had the scroll lock on somehow..

that shouldn't be something that gets turned off in excel.....what rev excel R U running?
sounds to me like your keyboard is wacked....do the arrow keys work in other apps?
