I'm picking up some moa for my crawler and was wondering if i could run one esc for both motors? I have the mamba max esc.

Usually you would need 2 ESCs or an ESC designed for 2 motors in an MOA set up.

Yes your Mamba will work just fine. What axles are you getting? Only problem with running one esc is having stall on one motor, but that is easily made up for with some pinion changes. You can't run dual esc's without having either a stick radio or a Futaba 4pk or 4pl, wont serve a purpose.

What radio do you have? If you have a 3ps 3ch then you should get a punk dig switch....

I guess I'm going to have to pay more attention crawler class. I must have been absent the day they talked about this.

LOL!!!! Either that or a lot has changed since you went to crawler school, LOL!!!!, I do believe there is one other way to run dual ESC's though and that is with the Novak's The Dig, Here is a link to it, it would basically be similar to running a single ESC with a Punk Dig. Just another way to run the motors independently or together, the only thing I think it might help with is stall because you have to separate ESC's but i am not positive of that.
