SCX30 K10 Question

I have both of the SCX30 K10 trucks. They are a lot of fun. My issue is that the green one has forward, park, reverse on the throttle. The black one is direct forward reverse. Has anybody encountered this, and can it be made to just forward reverse?

There are directions in the manual that came with the truck on how to program the forward and reverse modes on the radio.

Yeah, I never do either. Then friends will say, "Did you read the directions?" LOL Hell no I'm a guy, why would I need those?
