My mom and a friend of hers are trying to email eachother, my moms on gmail and her friend is on aol. My mom can recieve emails from her but when she sends them to her, she always gets a error saying that person is not accepting emails from this adress.
They are asking me what to do and I have no idea....????

MOST IMPORTANTLY, tell her to get rid of A-hole Hell.
I can't believe anyone still uses that. They're the worst there is.

Other than that, she'll probably have to go to "tools" in the email menu bar and check security settings. If she hasn't already, she will have to have the other's email addy in her contact list so it isn't blocked.
Some security settings will consider anything not in that list as junk. In the settings she will be able to change that.

Another possibility is that the recipient's mailbox is full.

I'm thinking it was a spam setting. I found a link via google to how to change it on aol and emailed it to the lady from my email then she wrote back that she did what it said. So my mom emailed her again and it didnt instantly do the error so I think that did it...
