I think the build would be interesting in that they have quite a good running start at the truck, but I think I would scrap the portals and swap back to the standard straight axles to maintain the stock Zuul look.

Here we have an example of the Tan Zuul from the side view. It appears, I may be wrong, that the wheelbase is slightly longer, favoring the rear axle. Very nice crawler indeed. I think the roof bar KC Daylighters are a nice touch.

I'm thinking of painting the outside of the body and shooting the inside as a primer grey, so as it scratches off on the outside it shows the grey on the inside. I did it on my VS 410 Pro and it came out decent. I did the Zuul body in a red candy copper blend, and I liked that one.
