Weather hasn't been cooperative this weekend. Hopefully today I'll run it. I've got a few ideas for mods. I might make my own rock sliders. I have a new spare 42kg servo, if I need it. It's a cool RC!

i kind of messed mine up by goping full droop. when it was stock it had the clearance to crawl over a lot more. it still does but now my sliders are much more important, and i got the wrong kind lolol good times. I've had 3 crawlers since the ecto and its remained my powerhouse favorite.
can't wait for you to show me the next upgrades for it lol

I think I might leave it mostly stock. Maybe add some weight at the wheels. Thinking I may make some sliders out of plastic sheet I already have & integrate into the factory side skirts.

I found a used, new, nice set of 4 tires & 4 Proline dual stage foams for $60 all of it. Look brand new.

I just got thru running it. Fun rig! Found a few climb spots. Goes good! Got some punch! Already rolled it & scuffed through to the red. No complaints! Tires do really well!

Added a carbon fiber 5x3mm tube to the front shock tower hoops. Used M3 threaded rod & went all the way through both body post holes. Really stiffened up the flex in them.

Made a foam insert for the shorty battery. 2200mah. A 4200mah fits the entire tray.

New shoes & beadlocks

New motor. Hobbywing Fusion SE 1800kv

I heard that @majin is hard on rear ends.
