Man I just bought my RS-4 MT, which being a 4X4 driver MT stands for Mud Terrain but for HPI t stands for Multi Ttaction or in the RS4's case Minor Traction. Sky had his 15 Fantom T-maxx out and there literally was no comparison whatsoever. It literally made me dial in my Savage, which I luckily brought, and use that instead. I guess my daughter has herself a new toy and I guess I'll bring the electric on deployments but only for the simple fact I can't ship the fuel.

You mean you dont like your radio shack RC? Actually, with the right setup, you could make it pretty fast. I myself have no experience with electrics, but there are guys at my LHS that claim that they could keep up with most nitros out there. Who am I to say they are not telling the truth. Just bring it...

I never had a thing for the batteries....Just seems like something is missing. I just love the engines with the mmmmeeeee mmmeeeee sounds, gives it that little extra realism

would that be "Electrics Eugene" instead of "Nitro Dave"? :hehe:

i have a losi xxx t , and after getting gas, it has been demoted strictly to my jumping city steps and cars and pounding on car. electric SUUUUUUUCKS

Four steps to making an electric hang with some Nitros...

Motor: Most P-94's or D-5's will work.

ESC: Anything Novak, and over 100 bucks should work well

Batts: 3000+mAh 7 cell packs work the best...

Tires: I used Trac-Ta-Gators for a while, insane traction, really fast wear on pavement...

That works well too....

i have a duratrax evader which i have put about $200 of upgrades into, and i can smoke my friend's tmaxx. of course, the handling on the maxx is MUCH better.

Five steps to make electrics keep up with nitro powered cars:

1. install self tapping wall hook onto front of electric car

2. attach 3 foot section of marlin line to hook.

3. attach line to rear wing of nitro powered car

4. squeeze go trigger on transmitter for nitro car.

5. Tow electric toy behind real RC Car.

Kellens Five Steps To Fast Electric Cars:

1. Get E-Maxx.

2. Get soccer shoes.

3. Stretch.(while opponent warms up nitro engine)

4. Get E-Maxx up to line against a Kyosho Worlds 7.5.

5. Run up and Kick the $|-| | -|- outta the E-Maxx while the 7.5 still whoops you.

Moral of story: Dont race electrics-they suck fat nuts. Unless....its a hopped up emaxx.
