Can Rustler electric rims go on a Nitro Rustler? What about tires? and a body?

i think tyres and bodies can go on either, but i think the rims are different.

Man we had this discusion Mayhem .. Bodies will work and any 2.2 tire will work rims are difrent for e rusty and n rusty. e-rusty and e-pede use same rims and their nitro counter parts will work on each other..X
