Dx2s Help

Hello, I'm thinking its time to upgrade to a spektrum. I was looking at the Dx3s because of the telementry, and the cheaper price than the dx3r. Anyway, i noticed the dx2s is cheaper, and i heard you dont need the 3rd channel. I have a Sc10rs and it has reverse. I just want to make sure it will work. What would the 3rd channel be for?Thanks.

The thing to remember about the DX2 is that it has a single model memory. I'm guessing that the SC10rs is an electric, so a third channel is not needed if that's the case. Personally i would suggest getting the DX3s so that upgrading to lights or some other feature is easily done in the future as is the ability to run multiple models from a single remote.

I own a DX3s and really like it.
