Hello,

Does anyone know what part number this HPI exhaust pipe is? It is on an HPI Baja 5B. It does not seem to come with the muffler from the pictures I've seen for the muffler's part number.

I don’t have a part number for ya, and depending on WHICH Baja it’s for-it may very well be discontinued as all of the newer ones I’ve found come with a proper tuned pipe out of the box.. buuuuuuuut-here ya go sir. 🍻🤘

Thank you so much! Just placed an order for one. However, I'm still curious as to what the original HPI part number is or what it was called. I'm currently restoring a vintage purple baja 5b and would like to install all factory parts if possible. I'll use this pipe for now until I can find the original. Again, thank you so much!

Nuthin to it brothaman! I looked all over for the correct part number, but all the manual pdf’s I found were new models, and not the OG..

Thank you for finding and sharing this! Time to post a WTB thread lol. Need that original pipe. I was able to find the original shiny non-painted muffler can from a hobby shop in the UK. Now just need to get my hands on the pipe that attaches to it. Also found the original Fuelie engine covers with the original stickers from a hobby shop in Germany (mine is missing the original stickers on the engine covers).

I have a bunch of parts on order. Going to rebuild the rear transmission, rebuild all the shocks, replace all bearings, and rebuild the engine internals with all original HPI parts. Some parts were very hard to find as I don't want to install the newer versions (I'm looking for the versions that came with the car and have long been discontinued). Ebay has been my best friend these past few days lol.
