Does anyone know how to or can tell me where to look to get step by step instructions on rebuilding a trx 2.5? Thanks

all you have to do is buy a new piston and sleeve and below is a decent video on how to do it. keep in mind the cost of the piston and sleeve is about half of the replacement cost.
