I’m replacing all the gears cause they all got stripped from a rouge rock finding it’s way in the drivetrain and I’m gonna need to replace diff fluid. My kysho outlaw rampage comes with 2000 cst diff fluid and it diffs out a lot(can’t even do donuts on loose dirt) would going to 3000 be any significant difference or should I go one more and get 4000? I’m trying to get to where I can do donuts on dirt and kick the rear end out with the throttle instead of 1000 miles of one tire fire understeer.

Id prolly pop up to 10k and see what thats like. If its to much then you can dial it back or if its not enough then go up again. Diff fluid is just an aspect of tuning your rig. A lot of it is personal preference.

Well for more power to the rear you want to go with thicker fluid in center diff. Not just the rear.. higher fluid in rear your going to lose some steering.. here read these articles to better understand your diffs and the way they are set up. And how you should set them up for what your looking for....
