Hey everyone... Wanted to make a thread were people could post there custom nitro trucks so i can see what people do with theirs... trying to learn about nitro trucks and how to upgrade them

What do you mean by custom? Like a (worlds mos awesome, strongest, fastest, most badassest RC) tmaxx with a painted shell and aftermarket control arms, or a hand built from scratch RC?

Okay, for starters here's a Savage X that's been extended and the only stock part on the entire rig is the 4.6 engine (with Nova cooling head), soon to be replaced by probably a .28. Slightly over 2 grand in it so far.

Real custom stuff, he's custom made a few chassis and is working on another custom T-Maxxish truck for speed

It's my LST XXL, I've got some 1/5 scale tires on it. Here's my thread on it, I really need to get it back together. If not to run it, I'd like to at least not be shipping parts, it'll probably take 2-3 months for it to get to my next house.

Thanks man, it's actually pretty stock. Greywolf has a few trick LSTs, his electric one is pretty decked out and has a custom shell.

Do you know were i can get some sick shells? and some sick wheels?

You could check Proline Racing, I'm not sure if you'll find anything LISTED as being compatible with your truck though. I think your's has 12mm hexes, if that's the case, look at Proline's 1/10 scale truck line.

Here are a few of mine. Here's my mERV with custom shell and 2.2 wheels:

Here's a head on view of my RC-18r wearing its "Eleanor" shell.

It has a full c/f chassis and lots of aluminum parts. The only stock pieces are the drive shaft and motor mount. Here it is with its "Bumblebee" shell:

Its final shell is the "Krusty Burger Special" that I painted up:

Here is my first hobby grade RC. It's an RC-18t with nothing stock left on it and another custom lid:

And he final one for now. It's my Revo 3.3 with a Picco .26 Maxx:

Heres my LST2-E Conversion... I purchased a few more red aluminum hop ups for it like bellcrank, shock towers, steering knuckles, and a couple others I can't think of right off that are not in this initial pics.

Here is my OFNA 9.5MBX tricked out with dual fuel tank mod.

This was my Nitro to electric custom mid motor conversion I did with my Nitro Rustler.

I'm working on another project right now but thats top secret until I'm finsihed and then I'll post pics and hopefully video too

The mERV has 2.2 beadlocks, TiN shocks, center diff, aftermarket motor mount/heatsink and titanium links all around. It also has an SVT Raptor shell on it now.
