Wife got me two of the 4900mAh shorty packs for Christmas. So far so good, as they say. Great packs I do believe. They will be replacing my six-year-old Zeee 4600mAh 100C shorty. I got nothing bad to say about the Zeee battery. It's just I'm a thrifty type of person looking for good deals. CNHL usually has great prices and I'm slowly moving to 5mm tube inboard connectors for my 2S battery choices.

Now, that I looked today, Zeee is also getting with the times... they got 5mm inboard tube shorty packs as well 😁 🤷‍♂️. Thats okay. CNHL has better deals, and I'm on a CNHL kick the past couple of years. I'm not brand snob. It's just that my CNHL packs have stood up to heavy 4wd SCT abuse and won me over.

Thanks for the heads up!

Nice! Yea I have Zeee packs, just regular ones not inboard bullet packs, they came out of the box with poor voltage drop. I just turned off my LVC to run them so I didn't have to get new batteries. Nice for them to switch to 5mm bullets now. Back then they used to use the odd 4mm bullets.

Been running CNHL 5200 shorty packs for my race buggies for 2 years now and still going strong although I'm interested in these newer ones they just released which are 130C. One 6400 2S2P and one 4600 2S1P. Question for the pros, should I get the 2S2P or 2S1P? Also run their 6600mah stick packs for SCT. Love them. Should last me a very long time.

I've been battling the 2S1P vs. 2S2P for years as a 2S2P pack is actually using four cells (two cells in parallel), and no way a charger can read/interact with the extra two cells. Nobody can straight up give me an answer that I'm happy with :p 😁. If I were to have seen 4600mAh 130C 2S1P HV packs a year ago... they would have been on my wish list for wife to shop for. I do, of course, only charge to 4.2v/cell.

I guess it comes down to how long of runtime you actually need. For me, a 4600mAh pack is plenty for 10-minute runtimes for my mini truggies. At least that is what I shoot for with my Zeee 4600mAh packs and mini truggy use. I can probably squeeze 15 minutes out of my Zeee 4600mAh 100C 2S2P pack if I wanted to. "It is what it is" was what the response I got years ago when I asked the question about 2S2P LiPo cell configuration.
