Got it. Just stuck there with double stick foam tape. I used a paint can opener to pry it up

He tried to ask me to use Zelle. I told him Paypal only. 4 hours later, he got paypal, so I knew I was covered. Added $20 for shipping, which I agreed,then tried to fake usps account to ask for payment details to cover insurance. Maybe next time, don't use 996 at the end of each fake email address? Never gave an inch. Already have my money back, but I already told@oo7chris he was getting it.
I see another Losi for $100 around here somewhere. I just wonder where he's getting these pictures to post.

I didn't realize you actually moved forward with the sale. Paypal has its problems but is the only way to go with deals like these.

Happy to flush him out for you guys. My intention was not of greed, I just saw a way to reward @oo7chris for getting me into the hobby, giving me great prices on unwanted Traxxas vehicles some for free, many free parts, and that Yokomo for free I put the Traxxas battery, engine and esc into. He's ok, I am going to be getting a Kyosho and we will race those in Salisbury.
I actually have never had a problem with PayPal. Please tell me of your issues

I have been lucky. I've got a few screaming deals. Even a free HPI once on craigslist!

I also bought an optima mid on ebay auction that had more bad parts than good.

Most of my ebay purchases are spot on tho.

I have a few sellers there that I trust and will even throw me discounts for repeat purchases.
Most of the time its on faith tho.
Its not the platforms, its just some sellers are good, some are scum.

Paypal offers a bit of protect from the worst offenders. Thats why I like it.

They have also pulled money from the wrong card and caused a fair amount of grief. Nothing is perfect.
