Yes I was running it.

It worked perfectly and slipped over the obstacles just like it is supposed to.

did you find out how you placed yet rob?

Not yet.

They will probably post the official results in the next few days.

Having 'FUN' is the key factor, placing well is icing on the cake.

Congrats!! where-ever you placed!!

There are also pics on the site.

Click on the RC Rock Crawler Parts link on the right side of the page and then click October JPH Comp Results.

I am pictured on the 2nd pics page on one of the courses.

White T-Shirt with dark colored shorts and a camo boonie hat.

You can see the smoke coming out of my ears from the intense concentration.

congrats Rob, looks like you were getting ready to flee the seen lol j/k.

Since the same panels are used in different configurations for all their comps, I expect to do much better next time. You are not allowed to practice beforehand and as a result, I had no idea what the best way to get over some spots were. After the comp they let us goof around on the courses and I found easier ways over the sections I had trouble with.

I am crossing my fingers that they find a place indoors so the monthly comps can continue through the winter.

good job 29th is better then last and thats seems good for your frist comp

well i would think that if there was 50+ entires that alot of them are die hard comp guys so 29th is incredibly good for a first comp.

Some vid of the comp.

nice video. No Rob though? that second guy that ran did really good. is that you standing in the back at the end? lol

I have not watched it completely yet.

Jake has a guy taking pics and vids as the day goes on.

At least you get to see what we run on.

The black stuff on one of the runs is sprayed on Rhino Liner. You would think it would be sticky, but it is actually pretty slick compared to the gray runs.

whats the grey runs covered with? textured paint?
