Took the family out to check out my local dirt track that I just learned about. We got to watch about 3-4 races. Short course truck, buggy, 1/8 truggy, and Slash. Our kiddo loves watching the cars fly over the jumps 😁.
Lots of fun!

That looks like fun! Legit, not glued, not prepped, old school looking fun!!! This is a great find!!!

Go show them how fast your rally car is! šŸ˜Ž
I'd love to! They don't allow rally cars, unfortunately. But that's okay. It seems I'll have a buggy or SCT(?) I can try to keep up with 😁

Awesome outside greatness! Is this a regular occurrence? Sure does look like someone is showboatin' flying inverted backflippin' goin on:thumbs-up:😁.

Yes, we saw many flips, back flips today! Some more graceful than others. A few folks easily catching 6-7' of air! Lol!

No rally cars... thats crap! šŸ™„
Well, I guess you have some time now to sharpen your driving skills before you start racing.
I can't wait to see the next build!!! šŸ˜Ž

is it just me or is anyone else bored with backflips? like they were cool when not everything could to one and they were difficult, and now everything can do them on accident. just a little to much throttle and around it goes.
The flips were fun, but I was more impressed with the drivers that could use the tire spin to lay the back end down, rather than go a** over tea kettle 😁

If I can control the rally car at speed around anything, I may have a chance to beat those guys šŸ˜„.

Yeah, lots of practice time now and you'll get it.
You'll be showing them all how its done befote you know it! šŸ‘

now that is off road racing!
Yep. Told ya. If you want true offroad racing you have to go 1/8 scale. Lol. Or 1/10 4wd sct because no one is allowed to run those on indoors anymore apparently lol.

what the hells the difference between a 1/10 4wd buggy and a 1/10 4wd short course truck? that makes no sense.

1/10 is good!
Though, I will say the 1/8 did look good on that track.

Thankfully all we have is outdoor, gotta love the desert 😁. I forgot to take pics of the asphalt oval track. If I can catch a night sprint car race one time, that would be a blast to watch!
