I am going to list a "truggy" in new ARTR form, but you can pick up used stuff and the mill/radio stuff is up to you.
I am going to base it on a Ofna MBX2. Not the newest/best around, but it does make a really good cheap truggy. You can other Ofna LX buggies with how I am doing this, but not the Hyper series, remnember this is the "cheaper" way and you can find parts on sleaze bay REALLY cheap!!
$179.95

Here is the Re-gear, it can be done many ways, but here is one way like the Mammoth ST. You can use your srevo plate if you clearance it a LITTLE.
$50......it says more on the site, but he sold it to me for $50

With the regear you MAY need to raise the servo,or space the linkage up some. He does include the linkage.
That is a BASIC truggy. This works out well if you already have a used buggy laying around. I use Ofna white springs on mine and I used Monster Pirate body mnts.
Grand total $316.40 + shipping. That is w/o a mill, pipe, radio, or servos. Sounds like a lot, BUT most people just sell off the RTR equipment they get anyway. Like I said, this is BEST to do with used stuff.
RCDriver just did a truggy build up in their last issue usind a Violator and a 2 spd to regear. Page 112
