I was wondering if I could charge two lipos on one charger. If I make a connector that would make the batteries in to a saddle pack for charging.

Well you can buy a charger that will charge two LiPos at one time but I REALLY wouldn't reccomend charging two batteries rigged up to one charger that was designed for one battery. You're going to need to have a LiPo balancer hooked up to the batteries and I don't see how you could have a 2S balancer connected to 4 cells and expect it to balance correctly. I think you're going to be asking for a fire or explosion. LiPo batteries are really safe and easy to use, UNLESS they are used improperly, and that sounds like very improper usage to me.

Here's the accu-cycle charger that will charge two batteries.

You will also need to buy two balancers with the charger above.

Here's the charger that I use and reccomend, and it charges and balances at the same time without buying an additional balancer. I can't say enough good things about this charger, and I've got 6 LiPo batteries that I use regularly.

I was just wondering because I was going to put a brushless system on my new e maxx when mamba comes out with there system and i was going to use two 3 cell 3200 mah lipo since i already have one.

Yeah that's what I did with my Revo. I had a 6000 mah 2S LiPo so I bought another one so that I could make use of a battery I already had and still have a matched pair, and I can run them seperate in my other RC's if I want. I try to set up my rigs so that the batteries interchange to help with efficency when spending hundreds of dollars on LiPo batteries.

I absolutely LOVE my hyperion, and it's all I will be buying from now unless something happens to change my mind

I think I am going to buy two maxamp 2s 5000 batteries and I am going to buy a new e maxx next week and buy the mamba monster system when it comes out and plus another charger. I want to make the emaxx fast but not so fast that I can't controll it. The guys at castle creations said that 4 cells is the sweet spot and it will go about 40mph with stock gearing but the other guy said to run a 14 or 13 pinion.

I looking at maxamps website when i discovered their dean series adapter the link is http://www.maxamps.com/Deans-Series-Adapter.htm
I called them to see if i could use this for lipos and they said it would work, all you could is charge as a 4cell lipo if you were charging 2 2cell lipos with the same mah. It cost $9.99 which is a lot cheaper than a new charger.:)

Yeah it will handlethe 2 cell batteries, but your charger wont handle the 2 3 cell batteries that you asked about before. Also, don't forget that you need to balance them too.

I know that I was first going to go with 2 3cells but mamba said that it made the e maxx uncontrollable fast but they said 4 cells were the sweet spot and it would go little 40-45mph. Maxamps said that you only need to balance lipos once a week.

Do you know what rough estiment of the runtime would be with 2 5000mah 2cell maxamp lipos?

Probly 30 plus minutes all depends on esc and motor combo, the hotter the motor the lower the run time, and vise versa...

I'm thinking maybe 15 minutes if you get lucky. I was reading an article in the new XRC where they had 2 4000mah 2S batteries in a 1/18 nitro conversion buggy with the novak hv pro brushless system (same size as the one you'll have) and they were getting 6 minutes of run time. These are big systems that draw a lot of power, and I will be running two 8000 mah 2 S lipo batteries.

What kind of ESC are you going to have, because a lot of the trucks wont handle lipo with the stock setup. Didn't you get an E-Maxx?

Yes I did just ordered the e maxx today. the esc can handle it, They tell you not to use lipo because it does not have a cutoff. I have used alot of lipos and I know to stop when the performance drops and that is safe for the packs and it is only going to before a couple of weeks until mamba comes out with there system.
