Whats a recommended charge rate on say a 1200 mah 7.2v?

Is this a receiver pack? I would NOT charge a 2/3a cell at more than 1C. In this case 1.2A.

Yep. The cells in that pack are what are called 2/3A size (that is 2/3 the length of an A size cell). Even though that pack might contain high output cells I still wouldn't recommend charging any faster than 1.2A. You run the risk of getting the cells out of balance and eventually get a bad cell and the pack will turn to junk.
