So it would seem like my 150W charger charges a lipo at 1C faster than my 100W charger. My 200W charger seems like it charges the same lipo even faster than the 150W charger at 1C. Is this my imagination a coincidence or is there a reason for this? I dont know much about electrical stuff but it would seem to me like a 5A charge would be a 5A charge regardless of whether it was from a 100W charger or a 200W charger. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Any electrical engineers running around here? :)

5A is 5A. The difference is how reliable the actual charge rate is, compared to what is being displayed between three different chargers.

It's not your eyes or imagination, the current going through to balance wires to the cells will have a different ammount. Leaving the balancing of the cells quicker. It's something that is often overlooked when looking at chargers to buy. the difference is only hundreds of mA but it makes a difference. even though both are set at 5A through the main connector there is more current going through the balance leads of one balance port than another chargers balance port.
