charger recomendations

Hi guys anyone recomend a good charger that can do lipo/life nicd and nime that wont break the bank lookin for one that has balancer built in and discharge kinda new to lipo and electric rc's so not sure what to get ones at the LHS lil to spendy for me got to much into nitro lol tryin to get electric goin for the wife

Thats lil to much i spend alot on nitro just rebuilt a old ae T4 for my wife so dont wana spend to much it has a novak extreme sport 8.5t motor and a xbr sport esc just wana get it runnin gor now on lipo nuthin crazy just need a cheap charge that will. Work when i do decite to get mamba or somethin faster
