Carry Case

Hey, anyone know where to find a carry case for the savage 4.6..Like one of those hangbags u can carry around. I go alot of places with my truck i NEED A BAG!

I have a Wing Tote Monster Truck bag. It's big enough to hold my Savage SS and a fair number of accessories. It's big, but holds most everything.

yeah any cheap suitcase you can get at zellers or k mart will work. Or a large duffle bag.

thats what I was thinking. That would be cool. The showfur takes your bag and you have remote start. starts up the engine and say you brought a bee hive. I would like to see his face. I couldn't figure out how to spell showfur.

It's huge. Fits a Sav no problem. But they don't make that one anymore.
If I were getting a new one, I'd probably splurge and get this one:

It's still big but comes on wheels so it's easier to drive. They're all really good quality and I recommend them.

Wow the duratrax bag there is cheap. But does it actully fit the savage? Like its 14 width so i doubt it. Might just squeeze in?

I caught THIS SET, but also including a large wheeled duffel (6 pieces) a couple of months ago for $99. American tourister, at Kmart.
With the wheels off the savage, everything I need fits in the largest one, and the radio is kept in the shoulder bag.
Beautiful dark blue and gray, all with wheels except the shoulder bag, and the entire set for less than one unit usually costs. It was a clearance sale and irresistible.

I saw the duratrax one in my LHS and I think a Savage would fit with no problem. You have to remember even with that extra wide offset wheel you were looking at, the total width was 12.5 inches, and I think that said that it was 1.2 inches wider than a regular offset. Now Rolex on the other hand, his truck is wider than it is long I believe.

It's 18" wide with the 44s, and 23" long with the wheelie bar, that's why the wheels have to come off to pack it up.
