Tough call here. The wing is also far forward, similar to a larger pattern plane, so the 1/3 of wing chord might not apply.
The only Foam (hard) plane I have is E-flight's ElectraJet, and that's a delta winged elevon setup.
If his plane acts really 'squirrely' then the CG is back too far.

No, the CG is too far forward for the flying I wanna do. Trust me, we had one of the best person in the NW fly the plane, and he said it needs to go back about 2 inches.

The reason the airplane at rudder flutter was cuz the linkage wasn't in line with the rudder. There was a bend towards the fuselage. Anyhoo, the fix is to extend it out farther from the rudder so it's more in line and to also get a longer servo horn for the rudder servo.

You also need to make sure that the connection point of the linkage to the control horn on the rudder is exactly in line with the seam, where the rudder meets the vertical fin.

Well, tomorrow will be round two of the test flight. I'll be rocking the solo this time since my dad is gonna get home late from work.

There's around 40-45 degrees on all the controls and 60% expo. I think the expo might need to go higher, but i'll have to see how it flies.

Lets just hope the weather holds up....lol, my dad said today, "Why are you so excited about this plane? It's MY plane!!!"

Well I flew it again today. I took it out two separate times after school. Went to my high school which is about 3 minutes from my house, and I also went to this public park about 10 minutes from the house.

The controls are setup pretty good, but it still needs more expo. I'm thinking 70-80% expo. Especially on the high rates.

But I can hover the plane pretty good. The throttle might need a little expo also. It's kinda hard to get it to hover exactly in place without dropping or gaining altitude.

Landing is pretty easy now. I found if I have a little power on, it'll land so smoothly. For some reason when you're off power, it'll act nose heavy, but i know for a fact it's tail heavy.
