Can't believe people live like this

Sup guys had an interesting day at work today.

Ok first of all I am a residential property manager in Oregon. Well I run an upscale apartment community and never expected to see this apartment in this condition at all. I knew it would be bad but not like this. See this lady chose to drink the last five years of her life in bed. She couldn't get out of bed to save her life. She had a care giver and a cat living with her. Care giver was into drugs and the cat was into peeing all over the floor. I just can't believe people live like this.

That's just down right gross. I know the smell of cat urine and to the best of my knowledge, it's virtually impossible to remove. I hope your not the one cleaning this. If you are, I feel for ya. And by the way, The vid links don't work.

Yes I will have to pitch in and clean this. Most of it will be done by another crew such as carpet removal but cleaning of all of the yellow walls will in fact be done by us in house. Road runner I am not so sure that it is just cat pee. LOL I think some of it is human fecies(sp?) Newayz it's just downright gross.

That is where the lady's bed was. She laid in the middle of it and sat her ash tray on her bed on the coroner and just ashed wherever. That heater is toast too. Rather disgusting all together. Both her and the caregiver smoked for 9 years like chimneys in there.

damm good luck even pulling up the carpet won't do it the flooring will retain the smell of cat piss for years.i know this first hand. i have replased floors in houses like that in the past.that smell will stay if you don't pull up the plywood or osb what ever is in there.the new carpet will hide the smell for awile but will not last.....

LOL Zandor I am well versed in this type of situation. I've been overseeing apt turn over for the last two years homie. We will pull the carpet, seal the floor. The carpet actually has vinyl under it so we will pull that up too.

LMFAO guys the best part about this the irony at least is that this in what is referred to as the Beverly Hills of Oregon. It is the same town that the Portland Trailblazer that has gotten busted for weed, Damon Stoudamire. LOL very upscale town.

LOL guys this is not the worst I have seen by any means. It's the worst in a while. I have actually walked in on a guy that shot himself in the head. That was gross and nasty as hell to clean.

I wouldn't doubt if that is what the Medical Examiner used since the city of Portland is on a budget shortfall. After they were done cleaning it there were some brian fragments left. Nasty as hell. Lost my lunch that day.

I detailed a car that I guy shot himself in the head and had to pick up bone fragments and put them in a ziplock bag for the police. It had the hole in the roof and everything. THAT was the sickest poop I've ever seen. Otherwise just the typical puke, occasional poop and pee. (Mostly in cop cars) But yeah I wouldnt even want to touch that appartment. Id feel my lungs would get dirty just breathing in that air. Sick! I hope u get paid alot, because I'm not sure for what amount of money you could pay me to touch that poop.

i know what that is like a few years back i was walking it to a store past a phone booth there was a guy in the booth with a double shoot gun i looked turned away and herd the gun go off and got hit with brain matter.it was pretty sick.the sick thing was the guy was still alive he blew his face off and part of his skull. from what i herd he is a veg....oh and it was double 00 buck shot

NNF thats nothing man. My wife and I run an apartment community in Sebring, we had a guy in an efficiency when we took over that had four dogs he NEVER took out to go to the bathroom, NEVER. I had to replace the walls, carpet, I had to tear the floor up to the floor joists and replace all the flooring. The defecation in the apt. was about 3-4 inches deep. He had no electric so he was using the stove as a wood burning stove and bbqing in the kitchen, burning a hole through the flooring. The fleas were so bad in the apt you could not even open the front door without being attacked by about 5000 fleas. The smell was so bad it made you gag. The fridge was filled with spoiled food particles and thousands of maggots. It was the worst most disgusting apartment I have ever seen!!! The sick part is he was living in it and we had to evict him, when the sherriff came to turn the apt back over to us he would not even go inside. I had to buy biohazard suits for my guys to clean it out. I will see if I still have the pics on my work pc.
