Likely Winter's Eighth Cold-Related Death In Cook County
CHICAGO -- Police say a Cicero man died after storming out of his house in only pants and a T-shirt after a fight with his girlfriend.
Authorities suspect the death of 43-year-old Randall Flahive is cold-related.
Police say Flahive had been drinking before he went out into the bitter cold sometime between 4 and 5 a.m. Wednesday. His girlfriend found him unresponsive on the back porch around 9:30 a.m.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
There have been eight cold-related deaths so far this season in Cook County.
