Can the HW max10 60a do 2s LiHV 7.6 packs?

Seeing if I can use 2s LiHV packs on the HW max10 60a esc. I plan to put the system in my B74 (just to start out) and I have LiHV packs coming in.
You don't want max10 esc in a race rc. That is sensorless only. You need xr10 just stock. That's a sensored esc.

To race stock 4wd buggy you need 13.5 motor, and they are not designed to work properly in sensorless mode. Even if it works, for racing is very crucial to have smooth and precise throttle response if you are really on a budget you can get quick run 60. It works fine but I would still suggest just stock

Ik. I am just wanting to drive the buggy on the track and get a feel for the car. I'm not doing races yet. Planning to get the xr10 pro stock spec with a 13.5 or a xr10 pro g2 with a 6.5. pretty sure ill go with the xr10 pro g2.
Don't forget I want to do mod racing. The xr10 pro g2 would be better for me so I can go right into mod. If I do stock and then mod with the xr10 justock or xr10 pro stock spec I would need to upgrade the esc. Also to note. The xr10 pro g2 6.5 combo is a little cheaper than the xr10 pro g2 13.5 combo. So might just go straight with mod. Also I am going to need a transponder. Going to see if my uncle has a spare one that he doesn't use.

I would never drive mod 4wd buggy. Because of 2 reasons

First, out of 3 tracks in Chicago area not a single one runs mod buggy, or mod anything.

13.5 is plenty fast, and at my track I never go full throttle except on straight away. Beginner driving mod will brake the car first corner.

I have xr10 pro stock and it's a good esc, but you are paying double the price for couple grams of weight savings and boost and turbo that you are not even allowed to use.

People think that best most expensive equipment will give them edge over others. Fastest guy at our track is using 3 year old batteries with ir of 8 per cell. Owner of the track and he is usually second or third fastest is using 40$ hobbyking trackstar esc

Save money where you can and spend where it's necessary. Instead of spending 200$ on a fancy esc that you don't need, buy decent race worthy servo instead of Amazon special and at least futaba 3pv radio. That will make a huge difference, not 200$ esc

HW xr10 pro stock spec 13.5 (80a ESC) Or xr10 justock 13.5 (going to put in my max10 from the rustler to get it running and for laps at the track next Friday, no racing)
Xpert 4000 servo
Maclan 2s LiHV 6100 packs (I did see and they work with the max10)
Protek aluminum motor fan (if and once it dies I'll get a plastic one)
Starting out with my Radiolink RC4GS V3 Rx/tx. Don't have the money for a mid range futaba right now. (Been looking at the 4pm or sanwa mt44)
MyLaps RC3 transponder
Jconcepts Ellipse silver tires all around

Just saying I want to do mod in the future so why spend even more money to get an ESC that can do it later on.

That track looks big enough for mod. My old LHS track smaller than that track and ran mod..Dont have video of it but I have a video for stock.

This is back in 2017 13.5 stock. My uncle was driving his 17 xb4

Or list some esc's under 200 dollars that can do 5.5 motors. And I want to try to stick with hobbywing. The only other thing is to use my uncle's v2.1.

Hobby wing xerun 2.1 is technically discontinued but not really. They are still making it, it's quick run. But it's identical like 2.1.

I have both 2.1 and quick run, I think it's a little too old design, but works fine
