You can do just about anything if you have a CNC machine. The conversion won't be easy or even remotely cheap. You'd have to damn near machine a whole new car redesigning almost everything. It won't be worth it.

exactly what kwong said, although id be super original it wouldnt be practical for the average person,much cheaper, easier to go buy a monster truck.
