Hey anyone have an concord eye go cam. I brought one today and it said u can't use windows XP i have to use an older versio. does anyone know were i can download a driver to make it work for my Windows XP.
please help me thanks

If you install the program to import your vids on XP, right click the desktop icon for it, go to 'Properties' then select Compatability mode and choose Windows '98. It may or may not work, but any older programs I had that wouldn't run on XP, now ran fine once I changed it.

ok so how can u trype the direction for my please

do u have any messanger for u can help me out and was it the first cam concord eye go.
i am not talking about the new version

That was the point......Some older programs made for Win 95 or 98 would not run on XP.
From 'Start', 'Programs', choose that program, right click it, click on 'Properties' then select 'Compatability mode' then choose to run it as Windows 98.
That's all the info there is. Either it will work fine, or it still won't run. Just try it.
I don't have that Camera, so I don't know anything more than the suggestion I just offered.

o mine is the first verison and older version. can u ask him if he knows how to make it run on XP. It says it can only run on 98/ME/2000 on the box

He comes to me with his computer problems. His runs on XP because it is new, and made to run on XP. All he did was install the program from the CD.

At times, when a new product comes out, they offer support to help the older product run. After a period of time, no more support is available.

Try going to the Concord site and see if there's an update for the program.

ok thanks

ill just return it and get an new one

IF anyone know how please tell me and the cam is an Concord EyeQ Go LCD Camera
thanks
