Bearings for sledge motor

Hi guys! I burned my motor up on my sledge due to a front bearing failure, I’m gonna buy a new motor but don’t have a lot of extra money and want to go ahead and replace the factory bearings with some better ones. Any thoughts? Thanks in advanced

I would say to get some
Fast Eddy Bearings. If your going to rebuild the motor. I wouldn't put what traxxas sells back in it.

You will need to messure the bearing. That is in there to make sure you get rite size. This is what most guys would run..

Thanks man, I’ll check these out definitely not putting the traxxas ones back in, they went out after about 20 or so packs ran through it

Wow really that's crazy. Yea I love traxxas vehicles. But their electronics suck completely. Would definitely pick up some FastEddys..

Not sure what size it is but I would look at TRBRC hybrid ceramic motor bearings. That is what I use any time I replace bearings in a motor.

A Traxxas motor plus a set of Fast Eddy motor bearings isn't that far from a Castle 1515. A Hobbywing 4278SD G2 is about $120. When my Traxxas 2000kv motor dies it's going to be replaced with something else. Like Mr. Stoner RC said, their electronics suck.

I ended up putting fast Eddie’s in a new traxxas motor hopefully it’ll hold up
