What's good RcT 🤟🤪
I'm in the market for a reverse motor mount that works with the stock chassis for my trx sledge. Will have a Castle 1717 1650kv motor and x8s esc. It'll be a rowdy girl ;)
M2c only works with m2c chassis, I sent them an email already.
I see so/so things with the Gpm one.
I'm not looking to spend $160+ on an aftermarket chassis then another $130 or so for a mount.
If you can help that'd be awesome!

Most of the bashing I do is on home made ramps or concrete skate parks. I dont get quite as crazy as Kevin Talbot but close, lol.

I've yet to have to reset gear lash or had any problems with the mesh. So far so good.

Yea I'm definitely no Kevin, just a few jumps 10-15' high, light skate park and what not. I'm glad to hear you have good review of it.
How's it bolt into the stock chassis? Any hole to be drilled?

No modifications were necessary but its been a year or so since I put it on so I dont recall specifics. Heck, I dont remember what I had for lunch yesterday, lol. Ill take a look when I get home in a few hours.

Well i ended up going with M2C for my reverse mount. Everything bolts right up with the stock chassis with the exception of the bell end mount. Might put some hard foam under neath it or something similar. Stock chassis stamping gets in the way of the mount.

Have you ran it yet?
I only ran it up and down the street moderately to ensure everything was working properly after the rebuild. It was wet and kinda bleh out and I didnt want to get it messy quite yet😆
The few mins I did it seemed like a new rig so I'm excited to see what it does when I can open it up
