battery life 5 cell

How long are your 5 cell (1200mah) battery packs lasting?

I charged 2 packs fully (Venom & HPI) that are about five years old and neither would hold charge longer than ten minutes. Looks like I need to go to the LHS.

Sitting for 5 yrs has probably killed them. You may be able to cycle them, (charge/drain a few times) to bring them back, but even then they will most likely have shorter life compare to new ones.
