so I've had some floureon 3s lipos for about 2 years 3300mah 30c and i got 2 more 3s but 5500mah 35c. i run the 3300s no problem till they down to 3.1ish running hard. but the 5500s i run them less time than the 3300s and my car goes into limp mode. i let it sit for a few then its back to normal. is it because they are higher discharge?

I'm running in hobao hyper vs with gool rc 120a 6s esc and 2150kv motor.

i did a google search for floureon 3s 5500mah and found this on amazon

Higher C should have fewer problems with a voltage drop under load. Sounds like you have same weak packs that are dipping in voltage when under load. Or, your running longer and your esc is going into thermal mode. The packs are larger and heavier, combined with longer run times, you could just be overheating your esc because of it.

@batmanninja do you have a temp gun that you can use to record your ESC temps when using the two batteries? If so what are the temps?

thanks. next run ill check temps on esc for the 3300 and the 5500
