I had a bad link here. Go down a few posts for the link that works.
....................................................................................................

If you love jets, this is intense. It looks similar to an F-15 with thrust vectoring nozzles.

Too bad an F-22 would kill the vector thrust russian planes. BTW, it was an SU-37, not 35 that had vector thrust.

Wow, what happened to the link? looks like bad Chinese. Let me try again.

Same thing. Anyone know why I can't copy this emailed link to open in Windows media player.

Kwong, did you get the video? You're right, it's listed as the 35.

Nice video. The SU-35/37 is a variant of the SU-27. There were no "back-flips" in this video. The only thing shown were some serious tail riding. Basically a cobra type maneuver without the climb and push over. Still impressive that the jet can handle such a stall and fly away without falling all the way through and without needing any descent to get the speed up.

To do that, you'd actually have to join an Air Farce of another nation. Those jets are made in the former Soviet Union and sold to mostly Far East countries or other communist and former communist countries.

As for the tropical beach...I think we could all use a healthy dose of that.

Jets are seriously impressive, but you know what really got me. Reecently I got some killer seats at an air show.

Some of the old Bi-plane/single wing single engine planes can do some seroiously unbleivable stuff.

One thing about both.. I just can't imagine the G's

G forces in a bi-plane are not major. G forces in a jet will black you out. The jet can withstand twice the Gs of the pilot.

SkyMaxx, I think there was one complete back flip in the second half of the video. I'll watch it again.
