Ran into the first modification that will be needed. The furitek servo, while it is perfectly wide enough to fit in the OEM case, it is less wide than the OEM servo and thus, the connector cord makes it not fit. I guess I need to guy a Dremel

You need to permanently borrow a Dremel from your wife! They come in really handy for so many things in the hobby. Drilling, sanding, cutting, polishing, etc. Should really get a nice set with a good assortment of bits for yourself, that way the wife might not have to bury you under the roses. ;)

So with the stock servo mount, your upper links are preventing the servo from sitting back farther correct? You need a servo mount that moves the upper link mounts under the servo mount.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll need to check width on it to make sure the galaxy will fit.

Delay my last...it would have to fit the width to accommodate it is working with the SCX24...and I don't have to worry about depth because there is no backing to have to modify to fit the galaxy wiring. More to come

I got the front axle put together and the guts transferred. Top left bolt is stripped, so gonna need to get a little nut, but other than that…seems to turn correctly, etc. shocks up next
