It's on when you plug in the battery, it's off when you unplug it.

Yup, looks like there's no on/off switch on that model. When you plug it in, it turns on. Unplug it, it turns off.

For your Info here are the RUNNER PLUS SPECS

I couldn't find if it had listed an on/off switch. I have had the T3 and I got that one in it. I vaguely remember having a switch for it. I did have the lrp quantum ESC so I may be confusing the two.
