My two recent vintage Team Associated RC10 A-stamps (Edingers) on the bench.
The red #4 is the real time capsule here. True Edinger-era car with the lighter gold pan, correct early shock stays front and rear, correct Edinger wing mounts, original heavy Lexan body, original decals, original wing, #6016 box from Edinger Ave, manual, Airtronics gear, MSC, blue-label Modified motor, rare 7-rib fronts, two-spoke rear wing nuts, and the old RTR layout still sitting there untouched since 1985 and I'm stoked (it just came in today and I did some cleaning is it!)
The green #4 is the brother build. Repro body, but the bones are right. I’ve only had to clean it up, repair the body a bit, and I’ll bench-test it as a runner.
One preserved. One revived.
Both A-stamps. Both gold pan. Both from the era when Team Associated got it right and the dirt still meant something!
